Fairtrade FairActive Status

We are delighted to announce that Dominican College has been awarded “FairActive” status by the Fairtrade Foundation. This is a higher status than the award achieved last year (Fair Aware) and reflects the variety of Fairtrade initiatives taking place in school.

These initiatives include a Junior RE competition to create a Fairtrade recipe and produce a accompanying poster, the availability of Fairtrade tea and coffee in our staffroom and Fairtrade items being distributed to the Mini-Vinnie Fun Run pupils.
